Health and Beauty Trend runs on content that actually helps people. Not polished corporate copy. Not SEO filler. Real advice from people who know what they’re talking about, written like they’re talking to a friend.

You don’t need a journalism background or a big following. Fitness coach, skincare nerd, home cook, someone who fixed their sleep and wants to share how  all fine. What matters is that you know your topic and you write like a person.

Content

Original only  not published elsewhere, not a reworded version of another post. We run plagiarism checks on every submission.

Minimum 800 words. We prefer 1,000 to 1,500; longer pieces with real depth get accepted more often. Write at a Grade 6 reading level: short sentences, short paragraphs, no jargon. Give readers something concrete they can do after reading. Articles that mainly push a product get rejected  that’s advertising, not editorial.

Formatting

One H1 for your title. H2s for main sections. H3s if you need sub-sections. Keep paragraphs to three or four sentences. Use bullet points when they make things clearer, not to pad out a thin piece.

SEO

Send a suggested meta title and meta description with your submission. Use your target keyword naturally through the article  around 0.5 to 1 percent density. Don’t stuff it; it reads badly and Google notices.

Links

One or two external links to credible sources are fine. You can request one do-follow backlink to your own site in your author bio. We may edit or remove links.

Images

Only include images you own or that are copyright-free, and tell us the source. We may swap them for our own if needed.

What You Get

A full author bio at the bottom of your post with a do-follow backlink to your site or social profile. Your article shared on our Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube channels. And an audience of health and wellness readers in the US and UK who are actually looking for what you know.

How to Submit

Write your article, save it as a Word doc or Google Doc, then head to our Contact Us page at healthandbeautytrend.com. Include your article, a short author bio (two or three sentences), your suggested meta title and description, and any images you want us to consider.

We review every submission within 5 to 7 business days. If we accept it, we’ll confirm the publishing date. If we need changes, we’ll tell you what  specifically  and give you a chance to revise. We don’t just reject without saying why.

What We Don’t Accept

Content already published elsewhere. Promotional pieces dressed up as editorial. Anything pushing harmful products, extreme body standards, or advice that could genuinely hurt someone.

And AI-generated content that hasn’t been properly reviewed and rewritten by a real person. We can tell. So can readers. It’s not what this site is about.
